Please see below for important dates and deadlines. Be sure to take note of deadlines that apply to your particular program. Students studying abroad on an independent programs should check their provider's website for external deadlines.

Study Abroad Deadlines:

-Star of the West International Summer Scholarship: February 17, 2017
-Last day to withdraw from Global Scholars without penalty: April 10, 2017
-Project GO Deadline: January 17, 2017
Note: Deadlines for Independent programs vary by provider

Study Abroad Workshops:

The Office of Study Abroad will host study abroad advising workshops every other Wednesday beginning January 25th. These will be held from 4pm-5pm in the Knob Lounge in Mark Clark Hall Come by to hear more about the overall process of studying abroad from selecting a program to applying for scholarships. These sessions are open to all students interested in studying abroad, regardless of where he/she may be in the process. The OIDP is here to answer all of your study abroad-related questions. Students are advised to bring their degree evaluations and laptops or tablets to these sessions.

OIDP Drop-In Hours:
The Office of Study Abroad, International, and Domestic Programs will host drop-in hours on the second floor of the Daniel Library. The days/times are listed below. If you are unable to attend the OIDP drop-ins, please e-mail to set up an appointment with an advisor.

Mondays: 1pm - 3pm
Tuesdays: 2pm - 4pm
Wednesdays: 1pm - 3pm
Thursdays: 2pm - 4pm
