Student Learning Outcomes:
-To improve students’ linguistic and cultural competency in the target language and culture.

PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS
Students will spend 4 weeks in Spain
They will take classes in the morning and in the afternoon they will have free time to engage in other extra-curricular activities or meet other students. Students will live with families in the city of Cadiz and will enjoy the beautiful U of Cadiz campus, nestled in a corner of the peninsula, right across the Atlantic Ocean. The city of Cadiz is an architectural jewel. It is one of the oldest cities in Europe, founded by the Phoenicians circa 1,100 B.C.The program includes also some excursions so the students will have the chance to explore different areas and gain a better understanding of the rich history and culture of Spain.

-Students will have the opportunity to engage in the following activities:
*Possible excursions Granada, Sevilla, Ronda, or Málaga (possibly more)
*Visits to various museums and cultural sites
*Extracurricular activities offered through the University: Dancing, Cooking, etc.
