Program Description

This is a total-immersion program in Costa Rica. Students are immersed in the culture and are exposed to different customs and societal norms. This allows them to grow personally as well as to develop cultural awareness and Spanish linguistic proficiency. This is achieved through a four-week stay in the country. During this time, students take intensive language classes according to their level. At the same time, there are cultural activities and excursions available such as nature walks, visits to historic sites, dance lessons, etc. Costa Rica is a historically and culturally rich nation, known for its natural spaces and where a lot of scientists conduct biological research. It is an unparalleled setting where students of all levels can gain an invaluable experience as world citizens.
