Program Description

Join us as we study how Belize's unique culture, traditions, and history impact the educational experience of students and teachers. Undergraduate and graduate education student participants will visit key sites in Belize and will have the opportunity to work in a school setting with diverse students in an international context.

Scholarships for this opportunity are available from the Zucker Family School of Education with priority given to those minoring or majoring in Education.

Students will earn credit for EDUC409: Special Topics: Culture, Language, and Leadership in the Classroom (3 credit hours)
