How to Get a U.S. Passport
Please refer to the following links from the State Department's website in order to acquire a U.S. passport:
Upcoming Passport Day Dates
Wednesday, March 25, 2020 from 9am - 1pm and 3pm - 7pm
Location: Daniel Library, 1st floor, near the circulation desk
What to bring to Passport Day:
- Proof of citizenship - original certified birth certificate, naturalization certificate, citizenship certificate, previous U.S. passport or consular report of birth abroad
- * Customers must also submit a front and back copy of their citizenship evidence
- Provide valid photo identification - driver's license, state identification card, employment ID, military ID, or student identification which is only accepted in combination with 3 other pieces of identification
- Provide one recent passport photograph (2" x 2") - photo must be on white background
- Pay passport fees by check or money order ONLY (payable to the Department of State)
- $145 for first time application | $110 for renewal of 10 year passport | $115 for application of a minor
- For expedited services add Expedite Fee of $60 | Add $16.48 for overnight delivery
